It’s safe to say that Disney is popular with kids all over the world! With over 800 movies released to date, it’s highly likely that the students in your class have seen a heap of these! Why not incorporate the magic of Disney into your classroom to get your students excited about their learning? We’ve searched the web for the best Disney crafts and ideas for you to use in your classroom. So, grab your craft supplies and see which of these activity ideas would engage your learners!

Wow, your students with one of these amazing Disney-inspired door displays! You could find a way for each student to personalize something for the display to let everyone know who is in your class. Your door will be the envy of the whole school!

This colorful art project ties in with the Disney movie Inside Out. As well as creating some lovely artwork for your walls, this project is also the perfect way to get your students talking about feelings and different emotions.

Get your students dancing to this hit song from Disney’s Encanto. The moves are displayed on the screen and students need to try to keep up! This activity is the perfect warm-up to a PE lesson or is great to use as a brain break between lessons.

So many Disney movies have some pretty delicious-looking food in them. This list of Disney-themed recipes presents the best ideas to make with the budding chefs in your class.

This fantastic lesson is a great way to combine ICT with geography. The class will discuss where Disney movies are set and can then either guess or research the exact state, country, or location and then mark it on a map.

This easy-to-follow tutorial teaches kids how to draw one of the most iconic Disney characters- Mickey Mouse! All they will need is drawing paper and some pens. This YouTube channel also has tutorials on how to draw lots of other famous Disney characters.

Create a magical icy castle for Elsa from the Disney movie, Frozen. This is a great junk-modeling activity. Students can bring in recyclable materials for this project from home. You could easily turn this straightforward crafting activity into an engineering challenge by creating specific criteria students must achieve when building their castle.

Encanto is the perfect way to work some Spanish into your day. The movie is sprinkled with Spanish words and phrases that are simple and easy to learn.  If your students are familiar with Encanto, watching parts of the movie in Spanish is also a great way to help them learn the language! 

This magical activity will amaze your students as they make their very own flying carpet! They can decorate a carpet and then, using magnets, they will be able to make it fly over a table. This is a great science activity if your class is learning about magnetic force. 

Students will love this cool STEM craft where they build Moana a boat. You can offer a range of different materials and students can spend time figuring out which ones will make the best water-tight boat for Moana to set sail on. Once the boats are built, make sure to test them out on the water!
